The Lloydminster branch of the Royal Canadian Legion is hosting the Saskatchewan Safety Council as it puts on a refresher course for mature drivers on Dec. 12.
Organizers see the course as aiming to extend the driving independence of these drivers for as long as possible.
The six-hour session is free and covers topics such as changes in laws, medication awareness, eyesight, driving in hazardous conditions, following distance, and more.
