Saskatchewan woman faces breach of condition charges in Alberta court

A Saskatchewan woman is answering charges in Alberta court for breaching conditions.

On Dec. 12, 2024, at about midnight, Vermilion RCMP were patrolling in Vermilion, when officers observed a suspicious individual in the 4700 block of Railway Avenue.

Upon investigation officers determined the individual was breaching a condition of their release order, and they were taken into custody.

Dominique Desjarlais, a 28-year-old resident of Battleford has been charged with:

  • Failure to comply with Release Order

Dominique was taken before a justice of the peace and was remanded. She is to return on Dec. 16, 2024, at the Alberta Court of Justice in Vermilion.
