A Fort Saskatchewan man is to answer fraud charges in Vegreville court after being charged by Vermilion RCMP.
Police were called to investigate after a report that someone’s cheques had been deposited by an individual they did not know.
Bryce Allan Smith, a 37-year-old resident of Fort Saskatchewan has been charged with fraud under $5,000.
Bryce was taken before a justice of the peace and was released on a Release Order. He is to return to Alberta Court of Justice in Vegreville on Jan. 13.
