Vermilion RCMP have arrested a Mannville resident on a charge of mischief.
On Nov. 29, 2024, Vermilion RCMP received a report of a possible break-and-enter in progress at a home in Mannville.
Investigators say a previous tenant had forced the door open, causing damage, to retrieve their belongings.
Christopher Favero, a 44-year-old from Mannville, has been charged with one count of mischief under $5,000.
Favero was released on an Undertaking. He is to return to Alberta Court of Justice in Vermilion on Jan. 20.
