2025 marks 120 years of the Lloydminster Parade & Fair

2025 marks the 120th year of the Parade and Fair in Lloydminster.


On July 9th, 2025 the annual Lloyd Ex Fair Parade is set to roll through the streets officially kicking off this year’s fair at the Lloydminster Exhibition.


The parade has become a time-honored tradition in the city. Featuring vibrant floats, marching bands, vintage vehicles, and community groups that reflect the rich culture and pride of Lloydminster.


“This is an exciting event for our community that showcases local businesses and organizations.” says Cindy Rekimowich, a member of the parade committee who helps plan and run the event.

Dave Stewart, owner of Memory Lane Carriages shares, “The parade is wonderful. I’ve been there for about 40 years now, hauling parade marshals, dignitaries, and MLAs.”


The Lloyd Ex Parade is a highlight of the fair and a cherished tradition that
continues to bring joy to generations.

The Lloydminster Exhibition is planning to celebrate the 120th year in grand style!
