Métis Nation of Saskatchewan Election Day, May 24

The Métis Nation of Saskatchewan is holding its elections on Saturday, May 24, including in Lloydminster and area.

Polling stations are open across the province from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

In Lloydminster, voters can go to Border Inn and Suites (board rooms 118-119) to vote for local candidates.

Lloydminster is in Western Region 1A  covering Lloydminster-North Battleford, bounded by Macklin and Wilkie to the south, and Frenchman Butte and Spiritwood to the north.

The candidates in this area are Billy Dean Kennedy and Wendy Lee Vandale-Bissonnette.

Other voting locations:

  • St. Walburg – Royal Canadian Legion
  • Unity – New Horizons
  • North Battleford – Frontier Centre Unit 26
