Onion Lake woman dies in single-vehicle rollover

A woman who was driving along Chief Taylor Road in Onion Lake has died in a single-vehicle rollover.

On May 31, 2025, at about 4:30 a.m., Onion Lake RCMP received the report and when first responders arrived, the victim was declared deceased by EMS at the scene.

She has been identified as a 25-year-old woman from the Onion Lake Cree Nation. Her family has been notified.

Onion Lake RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
