RCMP seek suspect in lease site break and enter

Vermilion RCMP continue to look for a second suspect from an April 29 break and enter at a lease site.

Colin Swindlehurst, a 50-year-old resident of Woodlands County, Alberta, remains at large, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

The suspect is charged with:

  • Break and enter
  • Mischief under $5,000
  • Resisting arrest
  • Possession of break-in tools
  • Theft under $5,000

Investigators say that another suspect in that matter, Christopher Swindlehurst, has since dealt with his matters before the courts.
