Lloydminster RCMP charge suspect in sexual assault involving a minor

A Lloydminster man is facing charges after police made an arrest in a sexual assault case involving a minor.

On June 26, 2025, Lloydminster RCMP received a complaint regarding the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl by a 21-year-old man. Lloydminster RCMP General Investigation Section (GIS) led the investigation, arrested the suspect and executed a search warrant at his home.

Tristan Lewis of Lloydminster is charged with:

  • Sexual assault
  • Sexual interference
  • Three counts of failure to comply with release order

Lewis was brought before a justice of the peace and remanded into custody. He is due in Lloydminster Provincial Court on July 17.
