Farm to Plate is on for 2 more days.
The event has been ongoing since Monday, July 25 at the Lloydminster Golf and Curling Centre Restaurant. The restaurant is serving additional Farm to Plate menu items, featuring locally-sourced foods from Lower Shannon Farms.
Available for both lunch and dinner, the Farm to Plate menu includes 6 entrée choices and two appetizers, with vegetarian and gluten-free options.
“The five-day, custom menu will consist of dishes created from the finest local ingredients,” says Manager of the Golf & Curling Centre, Joel Turcotte.
Turcotte says that agriculture and locally-grown food are important to our region’s economy and heritage, and this is their way of celebrating that and offering customers a unique dining experience.
