Police seek port-a-potty pyromaniacs

The Lloydminster RCMP are seeking the culprits in an unusual act of vandalism.

According to a release from the local detachment, police received a call of a portable toilet on fire in a park near 18 Street and 47a Avenue. Both the RCMP and the Lloydminster Fire Department attended the scene, and the fire was put out without damage to the rest of the park. The police are now seeking two young men who were in the area.

The release states the two are around 13 years old, with one wearing a black “Olive Tree” hoodie. Other witnesses to the incident are currently being sought by police.
