Three in custody following report of chase through downtown

Three people are in the custody of the Lloydminster RCMP following a report of a chase through the downtown core of Lloydminster.

While the investigation remains ongoing, police responded to a call of three individuals being pursued with a baton through the downtown core of Lloydminster, near the intersection of 45 Street and 50 Avenue. The three were then taken into custody in the parking lot of the KFC restaurant, after five cruisers responded to the area.

Charges have not yet been announced in the incident. More information will be added to this report as it becomes available.
