Lakeland College’s Interior Design Technology program has earned its fourth Excellence in Education Award. As part of National Kitchen and Bath Association accreditation, each post-secondary institution must submit two student designed kitchen projects annually. The association then judges the works using its planning guidelines, graphics and presentation standards, and programs with an average score of 90 or better receive an Excellence in Education award. This is the fourth time in five years Lakeland has achieved this award. They are the only Canadian institution to receive the award this year.
