The Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club kicked off Small Business Week on the Exh Grounds yesterday with a joint luncheon. Chamber of Commerce President Chris Parsons was on hand at the luncheon. Parsons  says the Chamber’s number one job is advocacy for small businesses, as they play a big role in the community.
