Drugs seized in North Battleford after traffic stop

A unknown quantity of drugs have been seized by police east of North Battleford.

Last night, around 8:54 p.m., members of the North Battleford General Investigation Section stopped a vehicle ten kilometres east of the city, along with the Battlefords RCMP detachment.

Two males, aged 45 and 21, along with a 50 year old female, were arrested following the stop. The vehicle was searched, and an undisclosed amount of drugs were seized. Methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, hashish, and prescription pills were among the materials seized.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing, and charges are pending.
