Slices for Smiles gives customers chance to meet hockey players

Pizza 73 has something special planned for their Slices for Smiles Fundraiser –  a chance for customers to meet Bobcat players. Players will be at Pizza 73 from noon until 2 on Saturday, making pizza and signing autographs to promote the fundraiser. Slices for Smiles allows customers to buy a 9″ pizza for $5 with a smile drawn on it in pepperoni. A portion of the proceeds from the pizzas go to the Children’s Miracle Network, a charity which donates to children’s hospitals.  Pizza 73’s Chief Marketing Officer Pat Finelli says that since the fundraiser started in 2009, they have managed to raise 1.3 million dollars for the charity.
