Colleen Young is Lloydminster’s new MLA. The Saskatchewan Party candidate was elected to the position with almost 1800, more than double NDP candidate’s Wayne Byers total of just over 800. Young says she will try to bring upgrades to Highway 21 and healthcare in Lloydminster, what she said were the two most common issues she heard during her campaign. Election results won’t be made official until November 25th, when all mail-in ballots have been counted.
