This seems to be a never ending story in Lloydminster lately. RCMP are warning people once again to lock up their belongings uness you want them stolen. In the month of March there were 33 incidents reported, 22 of which were items stolen from vehicles and the remainder were vehicles stolen. Right now for April, 11 incidents have already been reported. RCMP say people need to minimize the risk by locking up vehicles, parking inside the garage if possible, parking in areas with overnight lighting, locking the doors when the vehicle is left idling, parking where surveillance is used and use a car alarm.
