ColdĀ Lake has voted to oversee the construction of a 4 Wing funded splash park. The park will be built next to the JJ Parr Sports Center, provided that the city andĀ theĀ air forceĀ can agree on a site.Ā Cold LakeĀ already has an $800,000 splash park under construction at Kinosoo Beach, and they say they will use the same materials and contractor for the 4 Wing project.Ā The baseĀ has raised $500,000 for their park, and say it will have an air force theme. Both parks are scheduled to be completed in time for summer.
