10 People Arrested, 31 Outstanding Warrants Executed, 18 Charges Laid by Elk Point RCMP

Ten people are now facing several charges following the Elk Point RCMP executing 31 outstanding warrants.

Five people from Frog Lake were arrested and will all appear in court in St. Paul on November 16. One person was allegedly in possession of a stolen vehicle and loaded firearm at the time of arrest.

A 21 year old from Frog Lake, was arrested on 2 outstanding warrants and was released on $1500 no cash recognizance to attend court in St. Paul on November 23.

A 23 year old from Elk Point, was arrested on 3 outstanding warrants and was remanded into custody for a court appearance in Hinton on November 23.

Three more people from Frog Lake were also arrested, they will appear in Court in St. Paul on November 30.

Elk Point RCMP say they will continue to collaborate with their partners in Eastern Alberta District to identify offenders and put a stop to their criminal activities.
