Vandal Smashes Cars In Wainwright

Police in Wainwright are asking for the public’s help in finding a vandal. Overnight on Sunday, a man was captured on camera smashing cars with a plastic snow shovel in a residential neighbourhood. The man is in his early to mid 20s, with a slim build, wearing a toque, mittens, a long hoodie, and a light-coloured ‘Betty Boop’ shirt. The damage to the cars is estimated to be more than $3,000. If anyone has any information, they are asked to call Wainwright RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
