A local Lloydminster man is thanking a supportive community after the return of his wheels after being stolen a few weeks ago. Mark Sherman or Spandex man as he is known to many, discovered his $800 trike stolen one morning, the trike he uses to get around. Spandex man says he is happy to have his trike back with no serious damage, but the culprits took his walking stick that he found on a trip out east when he dropped his mother’s ashes in the Atlantic Ocean. He says that is disappointing but there are some nice people in this world as well. Spandex says the support from the community to try to help him retrieve his trike was great. The trike was picked up by someone who found it and turned it over to the Maidstone RCMP
