Lloydminster RCMP announce Stuff the Cruiser campaign

The Lloydminster RCMP and the Salvation Army are teaming up to fight hunger in the Border City.

Police will be out at three different grocery stores on Sunday, May 31st, to collect  donations for their ‘Stuff the Cruiser’ campaign, where bags of groceries will be crammed into the back of the police cars, and driven to the food bank.

“The Lloydminster RCMP are invested in this community and want to see everyone that lives here have the best,” said Constable Kirzinger.  “We are hopeful this event will be a success and are asking for your support to help us collect as much food as possible.”

The Co-op market place will be pre-selling $10 and $20 bags starting on May 25, 2015.

If you’d like to donate, the cruisers will be parked at the Co-op, the Superstore, and Safeway, between 12 and 5.
