Former Lloydminster Bobcat’s captain, Connor Odelein has committed to play with the University of Regina. Odelein served as the team’s captain for the past two seasons and helped Lloydminster place second in the 2016Â RBC Cup.
The Bobcats posted on their website a congratulation to the player. Head Coach and GM Travis Clayton said in a statement that it’ll be hard to find a harder working team player than Odelein.
“Having the privilege to coach Connor these past two seasons, I can honestly tell you he is a coach’s dream. He’ll do everything he possibly can to help the team in any possible way.”
Odelein spent his entire AJHL career with the Bobcats scoring 16 goals and 22 assists over 143 regular season games. Before joining the team, Odelein played with the Swift Current Midget AAA Legionnaires.
