RCMP arrest four people for making counterfeit money

Lloydminster RCMP has arrested four people in connection with making counterfeit money.

On Friday, a search warrant was done on a home in the 3000 block of 56 Avenue. As a result, police seized a printer, laptop, pre-cut security strips from $5 and $10 Canadian bills and photocopies of $5, $10, $50 and $100 bills.

Two men and two youths were arrested at the home. A 32-year-old from Lloydminster was charged with three counts of unlawfully making counterfeit money and one count of having possession of counterfeit money.
