Lloydminster homeowners receive supplementary tax notices based on a property’s assessment from December 31 2017, which is done for major construction on homes.
The notices were sent out October 24. Payments are due on December 31, 2018, and can be made at City hall during regular business hours. Credit card payments cannot be made. Online banking and cheques can be accepted after hours.
The City says those who don’t receive a property tax notice by November 15 can contact the Tax Department at 780 875 6184 ext. 2124.
