UPDATE: The train has been removed and traffic is flowing again.

A train has broken down on the tracks north of downtown and is blocking all crossings east of 62 avenue. The Fire Department has advised the train should be moved by about 10:30 a.m., but there were no guarantees. This is likely to create some temporary traffic problems in the downtown area.
