Maidstone RCMP arrest 5 in Lone Rock

Maidstone RCMP members have arrested 5 in Lone Rock for possession of stolen property. On Friday, March 29, a Lone Rock resident posted a photo of a suspicious vehicle driving around Lone Rock on social media. Mounties were notified and were on the lookout for the suspicious vehicle, which was found by RM of Wilton Police.

A traffic stop was conducted with the Maidstone RCMP and five were arrested. Ashley Caidain, Jeremy Hampton, Warren Murray, Reagan Racette and Amy Racette have been charged with possession of stolen property. There are multiple charges pending including firearms and weapons offences, property crimes and fail to comply with court orders including a Canada wide warrant for a parole violation.

A stolen vehicle that had been involved in a robbery in Wainwright, Alta. earlier that morning was also recovered in Lone Rock. The investigation is ongoing, and the RCMP thank the public for their assistance.
