UPDATE: North Battleford RCMP arrest two concluding homicide investigation

UPDATE: RCMP says Nicolas Buck has been arrested without incident.

UPDATE 2: RCMP says Buck will appear in a  North Battleford Provincial Court on Monday.

North Battleford RCMP says the investigation into the death 61-year-old Mark Douglas Jonson has led to an arrest and an issued warrant.

RCMP  has issued a warrant for the arrest of 22-year-old Nicolas Buck in relation to the homicide. Buck is described as a white male standing at 5’10”, 130 Ilbs with hazel eyes and blonde hair and tattoos on his left arm and thumb.

Police says Buck is considered dangerous and should not be approached. RCMP believes he may be travelling in a Ford Explorer possibly heading to Lloydminster. He was last seen wearing a Puma sweater, a toque and jeans and was accompanied by two people, one male and female.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Buck is asked to contact North Battleford RCMP immediately at 306-446-1720, call 310-RCMP, or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

47-year-old David Keller has been charged with First Degree Murder and will appear in North Battleford Provincial Court on Monday.
