Lloydminster RCMP is searching for a man wanted in connection to a drug and weapons seizure.

RCMP say Shane Edward Riley’s whereabouts are currently unknown and he should be considered armed and dangerous.

Riley is wanted after RCMP searched a home in the 5600 block of 53 Avenue and found five long rifles, a pistol with ammunition and multiple knives and swords. Several stolen cheques from local businesses and several debit and fuel cards were recovered in the search.

RCMP also found 12 grams of suspected fentanyl and 25 grams of a substance suspected to be cocaine.

Korey Douglas Long, Kimberly Dawn Mason, Shane Edward Riley and Reena McCallum were charged with multiple offences including possession of a controlled substance and possession of a weapon. Long faces extra charges for fraud and forgery among other charges.

Long was arrested and is being held until his court date of March 3 at Lloydminster Provincial Court. McCallum and Mason were released with a hearing scheduled for April 14 at Lloydminster Provincial Court.

Anyone with information on Riley is asked to call Lloydminster RCMP at 780-808-8400 or Crime Stoppers to remain anonymous.
