Tokyo Olympics receive new start date

The 2020 Tokyo Olympics that were supposed to start this July have been pushed back a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Opening Ceremony for the Tokyo Olympics will NOW take place July 23rd, 2021-with the Closing Ceremony scheduled for August 8th, 2021.

The Paralympic games have also been rescheduled. The Paralympic games will get going August 24th, 2021-wrapping up September 5th, 2021.
