Montana’s BBQ & Bar reopens for deliveries

Montana’s BBQ & Bar in Lloydminster has reopened and is offering a helping hand to truckers driving through the city.

The dining room is staying closed but drivers can still come inside the restaurant to order or use the washrooms. Manager Alisha Luthi says they’ve taken the proper steps to sanitize the restaurant and are offering a variety of ways to order food.

“We’re sanitizing everything. We’re hospital clean. If [customers] want to stay in their vehicle in the parking lot we can bring it right to them and they can pay in the parking lot. Whatever they are comfortable with, we are flexible.”

The restaurant is also offering curbside pickup and delivery for residents from 4 to 9 p.m. seven days a week. Orders can be made through the website or using their app and prepay options are available.

She says they’re also planning to do more to support the community during the pandemic.

“We’re working to do something with local food banks and local charities so anything [bought on the website or app] we will be able to do something to keep it local in the city.”

Montana’s BBQ & Bar is located on 7115 44th Street.
