Kitscoty RCMP arrest two people, seeking for two more after home invasion

Kitscoty RCMP is looking for two suspects after arrested two other suspects related to a home invasion.

Mounties were called to an assault at residence in the County of Vermilion River on October 18th at around 6 a.m. They say their investigation determined four suspects, two men and two women, committed the home invasion as well as aggravated assault and robbery involving a firearm.

RCMP say two adults were injured in the invasion. Two women were found, arrested and charged in relation to the incident. Forty-six year-old Tamara Snell and 24-year-old Jordan Lysohirka face break and enter and aggravated assault charges. Snell was also charged with assault and Lysohirka charged with robbery with a firearm.

Both were release after a judicial hearing and will appear in Lloydminster Provincial Court on November 24th.

Police say they do not believe it was a random incident and the two men have yet to be identified and apprehended. Anyone with information about the incident or the suspects is asked to call Kitscoty RCMP or Crime Stoppers to remain anonymous.
