Positive COVID-19 case confirmed at LCHS

The Lloydminster Public School Division has confirmed a positive COVID-19 case at Lloydminster Comprehensive High School.

The Saskatchewan Health Authority is currently contact tracing, and the LPSD says communication has been shared with the specific classrooms and school community.

The case was confirmed in November 2nd, and to protect privacy, they are not able to share or discuss details regarding the case.

In the meantime, people are reminded to follow health habits such as daily health checks, staying home if sick, and if someone is exhibiting COVID symptoms, calling Healthline 811 for next steps and testing information.

The LPSD, SHA and Public Health are working together with LCHS administration to release further details when they are available.
