Classes moved online for all of ES Laird as another COVID case found

Classes at ES Laird will be moved online as another COVID-19 case was found.

On the evening of November 2nd, the LPSD was made aware of “a positive case of COVID-19 in the community of Lloydminster which has impacted individuals at E.S. Laird Middle School.”

As a result and to prevent further possible COVID-19 transmission, under advise from the Saskatchewan Health Authority, all classes at the school will be moved online until November 17th, effective Tuesday, November 3rd.

There will be no online learning from November 9th to 13th however, as that is the standard fall break for LPSD schools.

The LPSD says they, E.S. Laird Middle School Administration, Public Health and the SHA will continue to communicate additional information as it becomes available.
