Lloydminster RCMP arrest man for breaking court ordered conditions

The Lloydminster RCMP says they’ve arrested a man for failing to follow court-ordered conditions.

On January 26th, police were called about suspicious activity in a local hotel room. Upon arriving at the room, they found a man who had allegedly broken several conditions outlined in his release order, including not being in the City of Lloydminster, and to stay at an approved residence.

As a result, 28-year-old Luke Dean, from Saskatoon, has been arrested on three counts of failure to comply with release order conditions.

He has been remanded to custody and will appear in Lloydminster Saskatchewan Provincial Court on January 28th, 2021.
