Alberta Parks opening campsite bookings in two weeks

Anyone looking to camp in any of the provincial campgrounds in Alberta will be able to book a spot starting March 4th.

Alberta Parks says reservations for individual campsites will open with staggered start times. Bookings in the Central region will open at 1 p.m.

Reservations can be made 90 days in advance for campsites and backcountry camping. Comfort camping reservations will open on March 5th and can be booked 180 days in advance.

Due to COVID-19 gathering restrictions, group camping bookings are closed. Other restrictions include the closure of shower facilities as well as half of shared sites with shared amenities.
