Wagon Week declared in Lloydminster

This week is Wagon Week in the City of Lloydminster. The announcement was made Monday at City Hall in line with the CPCA Finals. This is the 22nd year the CPCA finals are being held in Lloydminster. CPCA’s Marketing Director Brian Hempson says that there are many reasons the CPCA likes to have the finals in the border city, including the history, the fans and the community. The Chuckwagon races start on Wednesday and will run until Sunday. Among the events at the Ex grounds through the tournament is a Saturday night Cabaret, featuring Dallas Smith.
