UPDATE: the RCMP has found Tyiesha Starchief, and she is safe.

The Battlefords RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in finding Tyiesha Starchief.
The youth was reported missing from her residence in Cando, SK, shortly before 9 AM on March 25th, and the police say they are trying to find her as there is a concern for her well-being.
Tyiesha Starchief is described as 5’4, 140 pounds with long brown hair and brown eyes. Tyiesha wears glasses, and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black sweater. She is known to be in Red Pheasant First Nation and or Cando.
The RCMP says they are working to get a photo of Starchief, and in the meantime urge anyone who knows of her whereabouts to contact Battlefords RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
