The RCMP is advising people that there is increased police presence in the Frenchman Butte area, as the St.Walburg detachment is looking for five suspects.
The RCMP says investigation has found that three men and two women fled from officers on foot this morning. The detachment is still working on getting descriptions of the suspects.
Residents will see more officers Highway #21 north of Paradise Hill approximately 5-7 km north of Highway #3 and in the surrounding areas.
The public is encouraged to call 911 if they see any suspicious persons or activity in these areas.
