Environment Canada has issued a wind warning for Lloydminster, Wainwright, Vermilion, Provost and areas.
Strong winds with gusts up to 90 km/h are expected to develop Thursday morning. Winds will begin to ease Thursday evening.
Damage to buildings, such as to roof shingles and windows, may occur. Loose objects may be tossed by the wind and cause injury or damage.
