The railway line on 50 avenue between 51 and 52 streets in Lloydminster will be closed this Sunday as Canadian National Railway begins repairs.
The city says motorists will be asked to follow detours around the road closure from 5 a.m. Sunday Sept. 11 until Monday, Sept. 12 at 5 p.m., weather permitting.
During the closure, there will be no access to thru-traffic and motorists are advised to take the detour route and drive courteously through construction zones, adds the city.
