City-wide snow removal will begin next Monday Nov. 21 in Lloydminster.
Officials are asking residents to assist city crews by removing garbage carts, vehicles and other obstructions from the street. Signs will go up 36-48 hours before snow removal begins.
The schedule will follow the green, orange and pink curbside collection zones before moving to the yellow and blue zones.
A typical city-wide snow removal drive could take up to four weeks and officials say in the event of a significant snowfall, resources will be redirected to priority 1 and 2 routes.
