The combination of Kitscoty and Saskatchewan RCMP resources has led to five suspects facing charges before both provincial courts in Lloydminster.
On Feb. 27 at about 11 p.m., Kitscoty RCMP found a vehicle that was believed to be stolen at a rural dwelling, located south of Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, near the Alberta/Saskatchewan border.
As the investigation unfolded, the Alberta-based officers used resources from Maidstone and Lloydminster RCMP, to obtain a warrant to enter the residence which was in the RM of Wilton, Saskatchewan.
The stolen vehicle was recovered. Officers also arrested five suspects at the home and say that two of them were on outstanding warrants.
Bradley Nowlin, 36-years of Wilton who was arrested on outstanding warrants is charged with two counts of failure to comply with a release order and obstructing a peace officer.
Louisa Simpson, 25-years of Lloydminster, Saskatchewan is charged with possession of stolen property over $5000, failure to comply with a release order and obstructing a peace officer.
Jamie Millard, 22-years of Lloydminster, Saskatchewan was arrested on outstanding warrants and charged with one count of obstructing a peace officer.
Kade Schacher, 19-years of Lloydminster, Saskatchewan was arrested and charged with one count of obstructing a peace officer.
Shawna Blueeyes, 38-years of Lloydminster, Saskatchewan was arrested and charged with one count of obstructing a peace officer.
Nowlin was held in custody and was due to appear in Lloydminster, Alberta provincial court on March 7.
Simpson, Millard, Schacher and Blueeyes were each released on an appearance notice with court set for April 24 at Lloydminster, Saskatchewan provincial court.
