It’s a busy September pre-season for the Lakeland College Women’s Rustlers Hockey program with nine warm up games ahead of the regular season.
The team is away at the Nait Arena:
- Fri. Sep. 8 – U of A Pandas at 8 p.m.
- Sat. Sep. 9 – McEwan Griffins at 12:30 p.m.
- Sun. Sep. 10 – Edmonton Wolves at 8 a.m.
Home pre-season at Russ Robertson Arena:
- Fri. Sep. 15 – MHC Rattlers at 6:30 p.m.
- Sat. Sep. 16 – Cochrane Chaos at 11:00 a.m.
- Sat. Sep. 16 – MHC Rattlers at 1:30 p.m.
- Sun. Sep. 17 – Cochrane Chaos at 11:00 a.m.
Next the women Rustlers head into Saskatchewan at the Merlis Belsher Place:
- Sat. Sep. 23 – U of S Huskies at 5 p.m.
- Sun. Sep. 24 – Team Saskatchewan U18 at 1 p.m.
The Lloydminster and District Co-op is on board this season as the team’s game day sponsor.
The first game of their 2023-24 season will be on the road against Red Deer Polytechnic on Oct. 7 at 7 p.m.
