The Maidstone RCMP is reporting a week with 83 occurrences between Sunday, April 17 and Saturday, April 23rd.
Some of the most common calls received were related to Speeding, Possession of Stolen Property and Theft.
One call in particular was regarding a group of suspicious individuals discarding items from their vehicle on range road 3274. When approached, they drove off in an erratic manner.
Further investigation showed that the vehicle had been stolen from Lloydminster in the early morning. The the vehicle is still at large; it’s a black 2016 Dodge Caravan with Saskatchewan license plate 866IFD.
