Synergy gives provincial and national million-dollar donation

A total of $1 million has been given out to several organizations across Saskatchewan and Canada by Synergy Credit Union.

The list reads:

  • Ukrainian Canadian Congress – Saskatchewan Chapter – $400,000
  • Co-operative Development Fund Canada – $100,000
  • Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre – $200,000
  • Saskatoon Interval House – $125,000
  • Riversdale Business Improvement District – $125,000
  • Global Gathering Place – $50,000

“We are thrilled to provide financial support to these outstanding organizations that are making a significant impact in our community and beyond,” said Glenn Stang, CEO of Synergy Credit Union.

The contributions come following the amalgamation with the New Community Credit Union in Riversdale this year, say officials.
