Officers charged Dustin Lee Fialkowski, 36-years of Lloydminster with:

  • Using a firearm in the commission of an offence
  • Uttering threats
  • Assault with a weapon
  • Two counts of possession of a prohibited weapon

  • 11 counts of unsafe storage of firearms
  • Possession of body armor while unauthorized

Fialkowski was brought before a justice of the peace and released on conditions. He is to return to the Alberta Court of Justice in Lloydminster on Feb. 6.
