The Progress Steer and Heifer Show is back for another exciting year
at the Lloydminster Agricultural Exhibition Association on March 15-16, 2025.
This highly
anticipated Junior and Open Livestock Show continues to showcase some of the top cattle from across the four western provinces, bringing together young exhibitors and seasoned breeders in a weekend of competition and industry excellence.
The Junior Show, sponsored by the Fox Family of Justamere Farms, will once again provide a platform for youth to present their steers and heifers, highlighting their dedication to livestock and the future of the cattle industry. Last year’s participation saw a strong turnout, and this year’s numbers have reached show capacity!
Additionally, the GMACK Oilfield Services Progress Steer and Heifer Open Show will bring
together experienced cattle producers competing for top honours. With entries increasing
annually and generous sponsorship, this show continues to be a premier event for exhibitors.
