Brentwood Developers is preleasing space in phase 2 of of the Lloydminster Power Centre. The company has started construction on the field next to phase one of the plaza located at Highway 16 and 75 avenue. Three stores have already signed on to lease space in the expansion – Michael’s, PetSmart and Dollar Tree. The company also has a plan to develop a third phase, located west of the incomplete phase two. If anyone is interested in leasing space, they should contact Brentwood Developers.
